A designer from the countryside who ended up in the city designing
products used by millions.
I’m a Product Designer based in London. For almost five years I’ve worked across startup, agency environments and large scale enterprises, currently at EE, designing journeys for Aimee, their AI assistant that help over 10 million customers with issues regarding roaming, billing, mobile connection issues and more.
Before that, I spent nearly three years at Shape History, designing websites and digital products for campaigns, charities, and NGOs, working with clients like WWF, The Big Give, and CIFF. These days the rabbit hole is AI. Designing Aimee all day made me want to understand it from the inside as well as the outside, so a fair amount of my own time now goes into building it into my process, and staying close enough to the tools to know which ones genuinely earn their place.
Outside of client work, I take on freelance projects, which can be mobile apps, branding and web design projects which I build through Framer. Away from the screen, I DJ and I jump on the radio from time to time. My main focus however, is a half marathon I'm training for in September. I also enjoy a good movie at the cinema and travelling with a trip to Taiwan planned for October.
