Boy from the countryside, now designing products used by millions.
I’m a Product Designer based in London. For five years I’ve worked across startup, agency environments and large scale enterprises. Currently at EE, designing journeys for Aimee, their AI assistant that helps over 10 million customers with issues regarding roaming, billing, mobile connection issues and more.
Before that, I spent three years at Shape History, designing websites and digital products for campaigns, charities, and NGOs, working with clients like WWF, The Big Give, and CIFF.
Outside of full-time work, I find myself learning more about AI. Designing Aimee all day made me want to understand how it’s built as well as how it’s used. Now, a fair amount of my time goes into figuring out how to integrate these tools into my design process; while making sure they add real value. I also take on freelance projects, which can be mobile apps, branding and web design projects which I build through Framer. Away from the screen, I DJ and I jump on the radio from time to time. However, my focus is a half marathon I'm training for in September. I also enjoy a good movie at the cinema and travelling with a trip to Taiwan planned for October.
